Wanted: Commercial kitchen space to sublet or lease part-time

I am starting a small confections business in SW Durham (I am contracted with a client in Sanborn already) and would like to find commercial kitchen space to rent once or twice/week for pastry/chocolate preparation. Would be very willing to enter into a reciprocal agreement of some kind - perhaps you've been wanting to offer desserts a little out of the ordinary?
